Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Boynton Realty LLC is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standards. This is an ongoing effort and we're never done — every time we update the site, accessibility is part of the review.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure (proper headings, landmarks, and form labels).
  • Alt text on team photos and key site imagery.
  • Keyboard-navigable forms and interactive elements.
  • Color contrast reviewed for readability.
  • Text that resizes without breaking layout.
  • ARIA labels on icons and controls that use only imagery.

What we're working on

Real estate listing data flows in from SmartMLS in ways we don't fully control (photos, descriptions, attribution text). We continue to work with our MLS provider to improve accessibility of that content. We also periodically audit the site with automated tools and manual review, and address issues as we find them.

Third-party content

Some content on this site (MLS listings, embedded maps, analytics) is provided by third parties whose accessibility we do not directly control. Where possible, we choose vendors who prioritize accessibility.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site — a form you can't use with a screen reader, content you can't read, a control you can't reach with the keyboard — please tell us. We take these reports seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue.

When you contact us, please include the page URL, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and a brief description of the problem. We'll respond within five business days and work with you on the information you need in a format you can use.

Alternative access

If any content on our site is not accessible to you and you need the information in a different format, please contact us and we'll provide it in a usable form at no charge — including reviewing listings by phone, sending documents in accessible formats, or scheduling in-person conversations.
