This Privacy Policy explains how Boynton Realty LLC(“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information you provide when you visit boyntonrealtyct.com or interact with our services. We're a small, family-run brokerage — we don't sell your data, and we handle it the way we'd want ours handled.

What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Contact information you submit — name, email, phone number, and property address when you fill out a contact, valuation, property inquiry, newsletter, or consultation form.
• Message content — whatever you write in the message field of those forms.

• Property listing data that you view — we don't link this to you personally unless you submit a form.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you:

• Netlify — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — content delivery + security.
• Resend — sending transactional email (confirmations, notifications).
• Airtable — organizing lead records so we can follow up.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site-usage measurement (only when you consent).
• SmartMLS (Connecticut's MLS) — property listing data feed.

Each of these providers has their own privacy commitments. We select vendors who take data protection seriously.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact information for as long as needed to maintain our client relationship and to comply with Connecticut Real Estate Commission recordkeeping rules (generally seven years for transaction records). If you never became a client and haven't engaged in over three years, we remove your record on request or during periodic cleanups.

Your rights under Connecticut law

The Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) gives Connecticut residents certain rights over their personal data. You may:

• Ask what information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of analytics tracking (declining cookies in the banner does this).
